ANTHONY J. BARSANTI
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Barsanti leads LCOR as Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and overall managment of the firm. Mr Barsanti is a member of LCOR's board of dirctors and investment committee. 

Mr. Barsanti joined LCOR in 2016 with 25 years of real estate transaction experience at GE Capital Real Estate and Lehman Brothers. Most recently he led the management, restructuring and monetization of Lehman Brothers Holding's real estate portfolio.


THOMAS J. O'BRIEN
President

In 2014, Mr. O'Brien undertook his current role for LCOR, leading the Company's asset and property management, financial operations, information technology, risk management, human resources and accounting. His tenure dates to 1985 when he joined The Linpro Company as Assistant Financial Vice President, subsequently serving as Controller of that firm. Upon the formation of LCOR in 1992, he was named Senior Vice President of Finance. In 1997, he assumed the additional responsibility of Director of Risk Management for our JFK International Airport project.


Earlier in his career, he held positions with Arthur Andersen's Philadelphia Real Estate Industry Team. He is a graduate of Villanova University, a member of the Urban Land Institute and on the Board of Directors of the National Multi Housing Council.


Mr. Klock is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LCOR and oversees accounting, budget and forecasting, treasury, human resources, risk management, tax, information technology and financial due diligence.  He is responsible for the development of corporate accounting policies and procedures, cash management, and the implementation of financial controls and reporting.  Mr. Klock continues to oversee the management of approximately 5.0 Million SF of commercial space in metropolitan New York.  Prior to joining LCOR, he worked with Arthur Andersen LLP in Philadelphia.   

DAVID KLOCK
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Klock is a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LCOR and oversees accounting, budget and forecasting, treasury, human resources, risk management, tax, information technology and financial due diligence. He is responsible for the development of corporate accounting policies and procedures, cash management, and the implementation of financial controls and reporting.

Mr. Klock continues to oversee the management of approximately 5.0 million SF of commercial space in the metropolitan New York. Prior to joining LCOR, he worked with Arthur Andersen LLP in Philadelphia.


KATHERINE MASTERSON
Vice President of Residential Property Management

Ms. Masterson is Vice President of Residential Property Management with operational responsibility for all of the LCOR's owned and managed multifamily properties. She directs property operations, pre-development, management, marketing, policy formulation and staff training for the company's residential portfolio of more than 10,000 units. Additionally, she is involved with the acquisition of assets, particularly as they relate to recruiting, hiring and training. 

Prior to joining LCOR, Ms. Masterson was at Fairfield Residential for nine years, where as Vice President she was responsible for managing a portfolio of 30 properties, representing 9,000 units in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.


LEO CAIRNS
Vice President of Operations

Mr. Cairns is responsible for the Asset Management oversight of LCOR's Residential Portfolio of more than 6,900 multifamily units. The Asset Management Department is integrated with LCOR's Residential Property Management Company ensuring the successful execution of operational business plans. Mr. Cairns works closely with ownership in developing investment life-cycle decisions, while ensuring optimum income yield and appreciation gains through the oversight of significant capital projects, ancillary revenue enhancement initiatives and capital events, including refinancing and disposition.

Mr. Cairns was Vice President of Real Estate at CMS, a private real estate investment firm in Philadelphia, providing acquisition and asset management services, including overseeing a diverse portfolio that included an 8,500-unit apartment portfolio across the country.
