Multifamily residential development
LCOR has developed more than 20,000 multifamily residential homes across the U.S.

Reflecting the company’s historic roots as a multifamily developer — and that rental apartments and for-sale condominiums continue to offer quite appealing investment characteristics — LCOR is an active high-rise and infill-housing developer in its core markets.

Nearly every major LCOR residential property designed and developed in recent years is located at, adjacent to or within walking distance of a transportation hub... enhancing the convenience and desirability of our properties.

Communities recently completed include:

Wentworth House: Wentworth House at North Bethesda Center is an 18-story apartment building above a two-level Harris Teeter grocery store and cafe. Residents moved in beginning in June 2008. North Bethesda Center is a planned mixed-use development at the White Flint Metro station on the Red Line in North Bethesda, Md

Andover House: With views of downtown and the Washington Monument, Andover House is a 12-story, 171-unit luxury high-rise apartment building in the heart of Washington, D.C. The property was completed at a cost of $40 million.

Chelsea Stratus: The 40-story Chelsea Stratus, the tallest condominium in New York City’s fashionable Chelsea area, offers 205 studio, one, two and three-bedroom residences of up to 2,200 square feet. LCOR completed the $260 million building in 2008.

Wilton House: Completed at a cost of $44 million, Wilton House is a 259-unit, luxury high-rise condominium in suburban Washington, D.C. With ready access to Interstates 95 and 495 and Route 66, the project is located at an exceptionally convenient Northern Virginia crossroads — and directly across from Metrorail.

Gaslight Commons: Gaslight Commons is a 200-unit multifamily residential community in South Orange, N.J. A short walking distance from New Jersey Transit’s Mid-Town Direct service to Manhattan, the $35-million development is an award-winning example of sound planning and urban infill design.

Heathergate: Heathergate is a 202-unit age-qualified luxury apartment community in Bucks County, Pa. Less than 30 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and 60 minutes from New York City, Heathergate offers extensive amenities and conveniences, including a health club, meeting areas, and oversized living rooms with nine-foot ceilings.
