The largest lease ever signed by the General Services Administration and the fourth largest federal complex in the country, we developed, financed and continue to manage this five-building, 2.4 million-square-foot, technically advanced and efficient complex. Occupied by 9,000 employees dedicated to managing the nation's intellectual property, the campus is spread over 15 acres and includes 3,575 parking spaces, a library, two data conference centers, cafeterias, a credit union and other employee amenities. Five years in development and construction, at a cost of $910 million, a two-year phased occupancy culminated in 2005. The development received many awards including the GSA’s Institutional Award of Merit.
