Groundbreaking 2010 • Expected Occupancy 2012

Representing the largest office lease-signing in suburban Maryland in 2009, LCOR was designated by the General Services Administration as developer of a 14-story build-to-suit office building that will serve as the headquarters for 1,300 employees of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The property constitutes the second phase of North Bethesda Center, a mixed-use development rising at the White Flint Metrorail station.

Groundbreaking on the 362,000-square-foot projected LEED Silver property occurred in July 2010, with completion expected by July 2012. USAA Real Estate Company is our joint venture partner on this project.
