Inside 250N10, Williamsburg's Sprawling New Luxury Rental

Leasing launched on Tuesday at 250N10, Williamsburg's most of-the-moment luxury building, which stretches the length of the block between Union Avenue and Roebling Street. The LCOR-developed, SLCE-designed property located at 250 North 10th Street is comprised of 234 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, and Curbed got a sneak peek at the model units earlier this week. The units, like those of many new Billyburg buildings, run on the pricey side, with studios going for $2,500 to $3,600 per month, one-bedrooms for $3,400 to $4,200, and two-bedrooms for $4,600 to $6,300. Because of the cruise-ship-reminiscent shape of the six-story building, there are some 76 different layouts offered throughout the property, with several units on the first and sixth floors offering terraces.
