The biggest lease ever signed by the U.S. government was for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office headquarters in Alexandria, Va., that was developed and has been managed by LCOR, according to the Washington Business Journal. The U.S. General Services Administration signed the lease with LCOR in 2000.
