BETHESDA, Md. (January 1, 2006) — The Washington, D.C. regional office of LCOR Incorporated said today that the company ranked as the #8 developer in the Washington, D.C. regional area, according to the latest tally by the Washington Business Journal. The Journal's ranking is based on development portfolio size.

Additionally, the Madison Building at LCOR's U.S. Patent and Trademark Office headquarters campus in Alexandria, Va., ranked as the second-largest Class A office building in the region, with 1.1 million total square feet. The Madison Building has 16 floors and a typical floor square footage of 67,160 square feet.
