Names Seth R. Landau as Senior Vice President and General Counsel
BERWYN, Pa. (January 10, 2007) — LCOR Incorporated, the real estate development, investment and asset management company, has named Seth R. Landau as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. In this role, Landau is responsible for the company’s legal functions, with extensive involvement in company acquisitions, financings and related transactions. Landau joins LCOR after spending nine years at Salvo Landau Gruen & Rogers (Blue Bell, Pa.), where he was a partner. At the firm, Landau represented national and regional real estate developers, including LCOR, on all manner of real estate transactions and issues, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, construction, financing, leasing and property management. In 2005 alone, he completed more than $1 billion in transactions for clients. Previously, Landau practiced law in New York City with Morgan Lewis & Bockius and Schulte Roth & Zabel. Landau is a graduate of the Fordham School of Law in New York. He received his bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College. He is a member of the Bar Associations of Pennsylvania and New York. Based in Berwyn, Pa., LCOR is a national real estate development, investment and asset management company. The firm’s portfolio includes more than $8 billion of developments completed, under construction or in pre-development.
