LCOR Names Daniel J. Blake as Regional Controller

BETHESDA, Md. (October 21, 2008) — The Washington, D.C. regional office of LCOR Incorporated, the real estate investment and development company, has named Daniel J. Blake as Regional Controller. In this role Blake is responsible for financial accounting and reporting for the company’s Washington, D.C. regional operations.

Blake joins LCOR after spending four years at K. Hovnanian Homes (Landover, Md.), where he was Division Controller, responsible for a $230-million business group. Previously, he was Assistant Controller of Ryland Homes’ 800-unit Charlotte division, which included Charlotte, N.C., Clearwater, Fla. and Columbia, Md. Earlier in his career, Blake was a senior auditor with Ernst & Young, LLP (Baltimore, Md.), where he was responsible for performing comprehensive information systems security control reviews and computer-assisted audits for clients in the banking, health care, retail and real estate industries.

Blake has a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a certified public accountant.

Based in Berwyn, Pa., LCOR is a national real estate investment and development company. The firm’s portfolio includes more than $8 billion of properties completed, under construction or in pre-development.

LCOR has a 35-year presence in the Washington area. The company, which specializes in mixed-use, multifamily and office properties, is developing North Bethesda Center, an office, residential and retail center on a 32-acre site adjacent to the White Flint Metrorail station in North Bethesda, Md. The company also developed and manages the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office headquarters campus in Alexandria, Va., among other properties.
