NEW YORK (January 11, 2005) — The New York regional office of LCOR Incorporated today announced that Manasquan, New Jersey resident Lawrence V. Capelli has joined the management team as director of design and construction for the region.

"Larry Capelli is highly regarded in the design and construction community," said Kurt M. Eichler, LCOR Executive Vice President. "He will play a crucial role in contributing to the success of LCOR developments in the New York area.

" With 35 years of construction experience, Capelli has worked on a variety of commercial, residential, institutional, educational, and healthcare projects. He also has extensive experience in the hospitality and gaming industries. Capelli previously served as senior vice president with AMEC/Morse Diesel and as a project manager at Sananzri Development and Tishman Realty and Construction.

Capelli holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the Institute of Design and Construction in New York.
