Bank Street Commons Emerges
as Residential Centerpiece of White Plains Renaissance

WHITE PLAINS, NY (March 2, 2005) — Bank Street
Commons, the 502-unit residential community located in the heart of
downtown White Plains, has emerged as a focal point of the city's
fast-moving revitalization.
Comprised of two high-rise towers and
