Leadership Team

Eric Eichler

Chairman and CEO

In 1978 Mr. Eichler founded The Linpro Company by agreeing to assume the future development responsibilities of the northeast region of the Lincoln Property Company. From 1978 to 1992, Mr. Eichler was Managing Partner and CEO of The Linpro Company. In 1992, he founded LCOR where he continues to serve as Chairman and in 2010 he founded LCOR Ventures. Mr. Eichler serves on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Natural Science, Philadelphia. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the National Multi Housing Council and The Real Estate Roundtable. He has served on the Boards of Directors of the Multi Housing Council and the Roundtable, and he is a Governor of the Urban Land Foundation.

David Eichler

President

As President, Mr. Eichler is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and project management for the company on the West Coast. Prior to the formation of LCOR Ventures, Mr. Eichler was a Senior Vice President for LCOR with past responsibilities for the Company's New Jersey and Connecticut, as well as California operations. Mr. Eichler is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Urban Land Institute.
