| LCOR Incorporated was formed
in 1992 when its principals acquired the assets of The Linpro Company,
a national real estate development and investment firm founded in
1978. The acquisition maintained Linpro’s previous executive alignment,
as the lead partners of Linpro became the shareholders of LCOR Incorporated.
LCOR was formed to reflect the changing nature
of the real estate industry, to address the need for third-party
advisory and consulting services in addition to development and
investment activities, and to help government agencies and public
authorities maximize the value and utility of the vast amount of
underutilized real estate owned or controlled by them.
Today, LCOR Incorporated, as a Pennsylvania corporation,
serves as the primary administrative unit for a group of related
partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations operating
under the LCOR or Linpro names. Corporate functions such as accounting,
information systems, legal, payroll, project management and tax
are centrally controlled and managed, reflecting LCOR’s structure
as a vertically integrated real estate development and services
company. |
