Situated on 30 landscaped acres, Greenwich Place is a luxury 266-unit multifamily townhouse rental community less than an hour from Manhattan in prestigious Greenwich, Connecticut. Originally built in 1964 and renovated in 2009, flat, duplex and triplex layouts house studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. Amenities include a heated swimming pool, residents' lounge, fitness center and private garages.
We provide both on-site property management as well as asset management services including the facilitation of a major interior and exterior renovation in partnership with LCOR's construction management team.
In 2012 the California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS) acquired a majority interest in LCOR and a number of real estate holdings previously owned by our former partner, Lehman Brothers. Greenwich Place is among the properties now wholly owned by the CalSTRS/LCOR partnership.
After overseeing the completion of an extensive renovation program -- new siding, roofing, doors and windows, interior gut renovation of all kitchens, baths, flooring, wood trimming and mechanical systems -- we achieved significant rent premiums bringing the asset to a class of its own within Greenwich.
