Each LCOR development is “project-financed,” in other words, evaluated and underwritten on the strength of the individual development, using a mix of debt and equity that corresponds to the risk profile and financing opportunities available for each particular location and use.

LCOR maintains strong relationships with institutional investors and money-center banks. LCOR also partners with insurance companies, and with pension and other real estate investment funds.
