    Opened 2008

Wentworth House, an 18-story, 312-unit high-rise luxury rental community constituted the first phase of our mixed-use North Bethesda Center development. In 1997 LCOR was designated master developer by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) for this 32.4-acre project located on Rockville Pike adjacent to the White Flint Metro Station.

A 20-minute subway ride to downtown Washington, DC, Wentworth House residences sit atop a 63,000-square-foot, 24-hour Harris Teeter grocery store with a Starbucks coffee bar. Apartments are a blend of studio, one- and two-bedrooms with a variety of layouts and feature kitchens with maple cabinets, granite countertops and GE appliances, ceramic tile baths and full sized washer/dryers. The highly amenitized building includes a club room, fitness center, rooftop pool, sunset terrace, billiards room, secured garage parking, and a green roof atop the Harris Teeter store.
