Representing the largest office lease-signing in State of Maryland in 2009, LCOR was designated by the General Services Administration as developer of a 14-story build-to-suit office building that is part of the headquarters for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The property constitutes the second phase of North Bethesda Center, a mixed-use development rising at the White Flint Metrorail station.

Groundbreaking on the 362,000-square-foot LEED Gold property occurred in July 2010, with completion in December 2012. USAA Real Estate Company is our joint venture partner and the current owner of this project, which LCOR continues to manage.
