Commercial properties developed or owned by LCOR include:

U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Headquarters: This 2.5-million-square-foot build-to-suit campus, recently completed in Alexandria, Va., represents the largest lease ever signed by the U.S. General Services Administration. The campus’s five linked buildings are among the government’s most technologically advanced and efficient, home to PTO’s 9,000 employees dedicated to helping manage the nation’s intellectual property.

101 Hudson Street: One of the largest and tallest commercial office buildings in the state of New Jersey, this 1.5-million-square-foot property in Jersey City was developed by LCOR at a cost of $233 million.

North Bethesda Center: A 32-acre mixed-use development rising in North Bethesda, Md., this $850-million project at the White Flint Metrorail station will include approximately 930,000 square feet of office space, 1,275 residential units, a 320-room full-service hotel, and 202,000 feet of retail space.

Landmark at Eastview: Located in Westchester County, N.Y., Landmark at Eastview is a 280-acre mixed-use science and technology center that includes a 125,000-square-foot sports training facility. Plans for the site include 40 acres of retail/commercial and 100 acres of multifamily development.

545 Madison Avenue: Located on the corner of 55th Street and Madison Avenue in the Plaza District, one of Manhattan’s most coveted business venues, 545 Madison Avenue is a 17-story building with 140,000 square feet of commercial space and 7,000 square feet of retail space. LCOR performed a gut rehabilitation of the building, which received a LEED Gold environmental rating.
