Studio to three-bedroom residences of up to 2,200 square feet feature high ceilings, panoramic views and unique finishes in the gourmet kitchens and high-end bathrooms. Chelsea Stratus’ abundant shared amenity spaces include a fitness center, media lounge, dining area with catering kitchen, large outdoor roof deck, a second outdoor recreation area adjoining an indoor amenity center, a wine cellar and bicycle storage. Strong demand spurred multiple price increases and the building was successfully sold out within 18 months.
