We developed this one million-square-foot building in 1994 and since opening have continued to provide management and operations under a series of competitively bid contracts. The property has received numerous citations for operational excellence including a GSA Public Service Award in recognition of LCOR’s response following the events of 9/11 and BOMA International‘s Earth Award, Pinnacle Award and Regional and National Office Building of the Year.
